三叶半夏离体块茎诱导研究

摘    要:采用不同激素浓度梯度水平和配比进行试验,以筛选三叶半夏进行离体块茎诱导的最佳培养基配比。试验结果表明:叶片、叶柄和丛生芽可直接诱导产生块茎,MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA为三叶半夏叶片、叶柄和丛生芽诱导离体块茎的共同最佳培养基激素浓度配比,其中叶柄和丛生芽较之叶片更易于诱导产生块茎。

Abstract:Through experiments with different hormone levels and the ratio of concentration gradient, the best medium ratio of in vitro tubers formation of P. ternata has been selected. The results showed that leaves, petiole and clustered shoots could directly format tubers through inducement, MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA was the best medium ratio for the three explants, and petiole and clustered shoots to induce tubers were easier than leaf.
