美国红栌繁殖技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍了美国红栌(Cotinus coggygria‘Royal Purple’)的种子繁殖和扦插、嫁接及组织培养等无性系繁殖方法,并简要分析了各种繁殖方法的利弊情况。其中由于种子和扦插繁殖子代抗逆性相对较弱,成活率较低。而嫁接繁殖成活率高,所以到目前为止在生产应用上仍然主要采用该方法繁殖美国红栌。但从实际出发根据特定的条件选择合适的繁殖方法尤为重要。

Abstract:The various propagation methods,seed propagation and some vegetative propagations including grafting,tissue culture of Cotinus coggygria 'Royal Purple' were introduced,and advantage and disadvantage of all kinds of methods were simplified analyzed.Low survival rate caused by relative weak stress resistance of in seeding and cutting propagation.On contrary,because of higher survival rate by grafting propagation,so far it was the major technical propagation of C.coggygria.However,selecting appropriate propagation measurement according to particular condition was important.
