羊草和星星草根际溶磷菌溶磷能力及菌株特性

摘    要:为促进松嫩草地微生物深度开发和利用,采用PKO无机磷培养基,从羊草(Leymus chinensis)和星星草(Puccinellia tenuiflora)根际分离获得具有溶磷能力的菌株,对菌株采用溶磷圈法和钼蓝比色法进行溶磷水平测定。结果表明:筛选菌株对磷酸钙的分解能力差异较大(P0.05),其溶磷量为7.60~348.14mg·L~(-1),筛选菌株的溶磷量与分泌有机酸量、培养基质pH都不存在显著的相关性(P0.05);筛选菌株都可以分泌生长素,生长素分泌量介于11.00~16.55mg·L~(-1),大多数菌落呈淡黄色或乳白色、不规则、不透明、扁平、无色素。

Abstract:In order to improve the development and utilization of microbial in Songnen grassland,the experiment was conducted by isolation and purification of root rhizosphere of native plants,Leymus chinensis and Puccinellia tenuiflora,to obtain the preliminary effective phosphorus solubilizing strains.By using soluble phosphorus circle method and the molybdenum blue colorimetric method for screening strains evaluated,which indicate that there was a very large difference in solubilizing phosphorus which range from 7.60 to 348.14.It showed that there was no obvious.All of the screening strains could secrete IAA,which secrete volume between 11.00 and 16.55 mg·L-1,most of strains were paleyellow or milkywhite,irregular,white out,flat and no pigment.
