农业劳动力转移对农业生产的影响研究综述

农业劳动力向非农业部门的大量转移是我国近40年以来所面临的三农现状,也是未来30年间中国发展的必然趋势和必须解决的问题,这种由于农业劳动力的转移,尤其是青壮年农业劳动力的大量流失,将给我国的农业生产造成重大的影响。研究将通过对我国农业劳动力转移的现状阐述,农业劳动力转移对农业产量、农业产品结构以及农业生产要素投入决策的影响分析,探究农业劳动力转移对农业生产所造成的冲击的大小,以及这种转移对农业生产的利弊,为相关部门制定协调农业劳动力有序转移和稳定农业生产的政策提供理论参考。
