摘    要:以高产双低常规油菜品种华双3号为试验材料,在不同氮素水平下测定了功能叶中4种内源激素的含量。结果表明:苗期低氮水平下表现高IAA含量;施氮促进了越冬期ABA含量增加,以及初IAA、GA1 3和iPAs的合成量增加,并使后3种激素的含量在盛花期下降更为显著。越冬以后随着施氮量增加,IAA的百分比下降,而GA1+3、iPAs百分比上升。试验结果在一定程度上揭示了油菜功能叶在不同生育时期的内源激素含量动态平衡关系。

Abstract:With the high yield, double low rapeseed of Huashuang NO.3, four endogenous hormones content of the functional leaves were studied in different nitrogen levels. The results showed that the functional leaves have a very high level of IAA contents during the seedling stage. the promotion of nitrogen fertilizer increased the ABA contents of the functional leaves in the winter stage and the contents of IAA?GA 1+3 and iPAs in the early flowering stage, and the late three endogenous hormone contents decreased significantly in the blooming stage. With the increasing of nitrogen application, the IAA percent age decreased and GA 1+3 and iPAs percent age increased after the winter stage. The results suggested that the balance relations of four endogenous hormones content of the functional leaves were changed with the development of rapeseed plant.
