过瘤胃脂肪对泌乳早期奶牛血液生化指标的影响

选取高产荷斯坦牛24头,随机分为4组,每组各6头。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中每头每天添加200g、300g和400g过瘤胃脂肪;Ⅳ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮。试验期20d。在饲喂前、饲喂后10d和20d检测试验奶牛血浆葡萄糖、β-羟丁酸、游离脂肪酸、尿素氮、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的水平,结果显示:与对照组比较,Ⅲ组血糖浓度显著升高(P0.05);血浆β-羟丁酸、游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿素氮变化均不显著(P0.05)。这些结果表明过瘤胃脂肪能提高血糖水平,从而改善奶牛的能量负平衡。

Effect of Rumen-protected Fat on Blood Biochemical Parameters of Early Lactation Cows

Twenty-four high producing Holstein cows randomly divided into 4 groups, 6 cows each group. Ⅰ ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲ groups were fed a basic diet added in turn by 200g, 300g and 400g of rumen-protected fat per cow, respectively; IV group fed a basic diet was control group. Feeding period was 20 days for 4 groups. Level of plasma glucose, β-hydroxybutyric acid, free fatty acid, blood urea nitrogen, total cholesterol and triglyceride of tested cows was measured before addition of rumen-protected fat, at day 10, 20 after supplement of rumen-protected fat. Results showed that compared with control group, blood glucose concentration significantly increased in Ⅲ group （P 〈0.05） ; Plasma β- hydroxybutyrie acid, free fatty acids, triglycerides, total cholesterol, and blood urea nitrogen did not change significandy（P〉0.05）.These results suggested that rumen-protected fat can improve the negative energy balance during early lactation of dairy cattle by increase of blood glucose.
