4个甘蓝型油菜不育系在湛江制种的可行性研究

摘    要:对4个甘蓝型油菜不育系在湛江地区进行不同播期试验,结果表明:各不育系的育性指数随播期推迟而降低,不育株率随播期推迟而上升.其中不育系466a-1、中油杂2号A在9月10日播种,可以在3月下旬收获,不会影响早稻移栽;而不育系325a-6、油研a-10同在9月10日播种,但成熟期仍在4月上旬,与早稻移栽的时间相隔过短,因此在湛江制种时应当推迟早稻移栽期.试验结果还表明,各不育系在9月10日播种,不育株率很低,始花期育性指数也偏高,因此4个不育系在自交繁殖时都需加以提纯.

Abstract:The fertility indices of each male sterile line were reduced and the sterile rate was increased with the postpone of sowing date,according to the sowing experiment of four rape male sterile lines.The male sterile lines 466a-1 and Zhongyouza 2 A sowed in September 10th could be harvested in the last 10 days of March and won's influence the transplant of early rice's.Though 325a-6,Youyan a-10 were samely sowed in September 10th,the maturity stage was in the first 10 days of April and the interral to transplant early rice's was too short.Therefore,the transplant date of early rice's should be deferred properly.when producind hybride seed in Zhanjiang,The results also showed that if the four male sterile sowed in September 10th,the sterile rate was too low and the fertility indeces of first flowering dates were a little higher.Hence,the four male sterile lines should be pured in the process of self-propagation.
