陕西省苹果轮纹病发生与药剂防治技术

摘    要:对田间采集的轮纹病烂果标本镜鉴结果表明 ,陕西苹果轮纹病菌主要为轮纹菌 [B.berengeriana.de.Not.f.sp.piricola(Nose) Koganezawa et Sakuma],贝伦格葡萄座腔菌梨生专化型占总菌源量 5 7.2 7% ;其次为干腐病菌 [B.berengeriana de not],贝伦格葡萄座腔菌占总菌源量 42 .73 %。树干套膜法观察田间轮纹病发生期 ,结果表明 ,田间树干发病主要集中在 4、5、6三个月。对大田分生孢子捕捉结果表明 ,田间分生孢子大量散子期集中在 5、6、7三个月 ,是病菌侵染的关键时期 ,其与降水量关系密切 ;不同药剂田间防治轮纹烂果病结果表明 ,43 %好力克悬浮剂、2 0 .67% MC444乳油等对苹果轮纹烂果病均有较好的防治效果 ,喷药最佳时期应该在花落后即开始 ,间隔 1 0~ 1 5 d喷一次 ,连喷 8~ 1 0次。

Abstract:The result of identifying apple ring rot from apple field in Shaanxi showed that the pathogenic in Shaanxi was mainly B.berengeriana. de not.f.sp. piricola (Nose) Koganezawa et Sakuma,the rate of total phathogenic was 57.27%,the other phathogenic was B.berengeriana de. Not, the rate was 42.73%.Tree thunks were covered with films in order to find occuring period of apple ring rot, it showed that tree trunk of a disease were in April,May,and June; one month before a large number of conidiospore released because of phathogenic last year.The result of catching conidiospore in field showed that the releasing time of conicospore was in May,June and July, and was also mainly infecting period of pathogenic, raving relation to precipitation.43% Haolike and 20.67% MC444 have good effect to apple ring rot,the controlling time should was in May, June, and July.
