| 摘 要： | 从分析泽库县草地畜牧业基本情况和主要问题入手，提出高寒草地畜牧业可持续发展的对策是：发展教育事业，提高经营管理水平；综合治理退化草地，缓解畜草矛盾；加强结构调整力度，提高畜产品产出能力；加快草地基地设施建设步伐，改善畜牧业生产条件；加强人工草地建设，提高第一性生产力；强化草地监理执法工作，保护草地生态环境。
