| 摘 要： | 读者培训是图书馆宣传、开发、利用图书馆文献信息资源的一个有效途径,在研究了标准化操作规程（SOP）的基础上,结合工作实践,分析了高校图书馆读者培训工作的模式及存在的问题,探讨了如何将标准操作规程（SOP）应用于高校图书馆读者培训工作。
