摘    要:现有的薄层干燥模型不适合研究预热时间较长的高含水率物料的干燥特性。本文提出了一种能适合葱叶等高含水率物料的薄层干燥新模型。通过大量的实验对该模型进行了验证。

Abstract:Most of present models for thin layer drying can't predict drying processes of agricultural materials with high moisture content (>60%) well in their preheating, constant drying rate and decreasing drying rate periods. A new model that accorded with both the low moisture content stage (<40%) of drying process, such as in maize and wheat drying, and the high moisture content stage (>60%), such as scallion leaves drying. The model was verified and the constants in the model at different temperatures and initial moisture contents were confirmed with the thin layer drying experiments.
