污水泵水力部件评述

摘    要:随着国家对环保事业的日益重视,污水泵作为不可缺少的排污设备,应用越来越广泛,其特殊的工作环境和抽送介质对泵无堵塞性要求很高.叶轮和压水室是影响污水泵无堵塞性的主要水力部件.为此,介绍了各种叶轮和压水室的结构特点以及应用中的优缺点,总结了各种叶轮和压水室在实际中的适应场合,为相关设计提供了参考.

Abstract:As the country pay attention to environmental protection increasingly, the sewage have been used more and more wildly as an indispensable equipment. For its especial working condition and transportation medium, it has a high require of no clogging. The impeller and volute is the primary hydrodynamic parts, which influence the no clogging of sewage pump. Present the structure of impeller and volute and their advantage and disadvantage, summarize their actual applied situation, and provide a reference for correlative design.
