北京市日光温室与塑料大棚生产效益分析

摘    要:2010年4~8月,共走访北京市13个郊区(县)63个乡(镇)124个村的804家从业者(791户农户和13家企业/合作社),调研2009~2010年日光温室与塑料大棚经济效益的整体情况和不同茬口模式下的效益状况。结果表明:日光温室种植食用菌、花卉与草莓的投入产出比高于种植蔬菜和西甜瓜,其中食用菌的年产效益最高,达35895.34元·(667m2)-1,蔬菜的最低,为8003.09元·(667m2)-1;同样种植蔬菜与西甜瓜,塑料大棚的平均效益远低于日光温室,其中蔬菜比日光温室低34.29%,西甜瓜低28.94%;日光温室获得高效益〔>2.00万元·(667m2)-1〕的可能性大于塑料大棚,其中日光温室种植蔬菜获得高效益的比例最低为7.14%,而塑料大棚仅为3.06%;日光温室和塑料大棚多茬种植的效益都明显高于一大茬种植。针对制约设施园艺经济效益提高的因素,提出了优化种植结构,合理安排茬口模式;加大生产技术培训力度,提高作物产量与品质;发挥合作社优势,拓宽销售渠道的建议。
