| 摘 要： | 利用辣椒抗黄瓜花叶病毒材料perennial与园艺性状优良的感病材料茄门，及其F2群体146个单株、F3 146个株系为试材，采用SRAP和SSR分子标记技术，利用JoinMap 3.0软件构建了包含76个标记、13个连锁群，覆盖长度为830.4 cM的辣椒分子遗传图谱。对F3株系（4 380个单株）进行人工接种鉴定黄瓜花叶病毒，其病情指数呈正态分布。结合分子遗传图谱的结果，利用MapQTL 4.0软件进行分析，将抗病基因的QTL定位在第1、4、7连锁群上，抗性贡献率分别为12.7%、38.8%、11.0%。
