摘    要:[目的]分析苦楝子挥发油的化学成分。[方法]采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取苦楝子挥发油,用气相色谱(GC)毛细管柱进行分析,归一化法测定其相对含量,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法鉴定化学成分。[结果]检出72个色谱峰,鉴定出61个化合物,占挥发油总成分的97.76%。[结论]苦楝子挥发油中,己酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、油酸是其主要成分,其中己酸占总挥发油量的19.560%。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil from Fructus azedarach.[Method] The steam distillation method was adopted to extract essential oil from Fructus azedarach,GC capillary column was used to analyze.The content was determined by normalization method,and its chemical composition was identified with GC-MS.[Result] 72 chromatographic peaks were detected and 61 compounds were identified,accounted for 97.76% of total essential oils.[Conclusion] In the total essential ...
