城市绿地系统指标体系研究

文章通过对比西方开放空间指标体系,分析我国现有城市绿地系统指标体系存在的问题,给出了相应建议:1)区分绿地与绿化,使绿地系统规划更好地与其他各层面城市规划良好衔接。2)实施规划片区层面的城市绿地系统规划,使规划更精细,同时促进城市绿地资源的公平合理分配。3)对各类城市绿地尺度与面积提出明确的指标要求,更有针对性地指导城市绿地系统规划。4)引入更为详细的设施指标,使城市绿地更好地满足市民的游憩需求。

A Study of Urban Green Space Index System

The index system for urban green space is beneficial for the rationalized layout of all kinds of green spaces and helps give better play to various functions.With the open space index system prevalent in western countries,the paper analyzed the problems existing in current index system for urban green spaces,and came up with suggestions：1） distinguish green space and greening,so as to better integrate the green space planning into the urban planning at all levels;2） carry out the urban green space planning at the level of planning site to make planning more refined and promote the fair and rationalized allocation of urban green spaces;3） pose definite index requirements over the size and scale of urban green spaces of all kinds to guide the focused urban green space planning;4） introduce more detailed equipment index to make green spaces better meet citizens＇ recreational demand.
