柳树花粉生活力分析

摘    要:花粉生活力是植物杂交育种成败的现柳树种间、杂种间及亲本与杂种之间的花粉生活力差异较大.用花粉生活力较高的绵毛柳P716做花粉贮藏实验,结果表明花粉生活力与贮藏时间呈负相关,低温干燥对花粉贮藏是有利的.

Abstract:The pollen viability is a key factor in plant hybridization.The viability analysis method of pollen and its variations among species were reported in this paper.Pollen germination rate of 5 willow species and their hybrids were determined by means of pollen culture in MS_0 medium.The results showed that obvious differences were found among species and hybrids and between the male parent and the hybrids.The relationship between pollen viability and storage duration was also explored in this study using P_ 716 ,an individual having the highest pollen viability.A negative relation was found between pollen viability and storage time.Low temperature and dryness were advantageous for keep willow pollen viability under storage condition.
