低碳经济指标体系的构建及实证研究

基于低碳经济发展动力、目前的环境状况、能源技术水平和支撑体系,从经济、社会、环境、低碳技术和科技支撑等5个方面构建了我国低碳经济综合评价指标体系,并利用该指标体系对我国2003—2010年低碳经济的发展情况进行了综合评价.认为我国在2003—2006年为超高碳经济;2007—2008年为高碳经济;2009—2010年进入中高碳经济.这一结果与我国的实际发展情况也较为相符.此外,根据综合评价得分情况,对评价结果进行了分析,并对我国低碳经济发展的瓶颈进行了探讨.

Index system construction of low-carbon economy and its empirical research

China＇s low-carbon economy comprehensive evaluation index system was based on perspective of the low-carbon economy development power, environmental conditions, the current energy technical level and support system from 5 aspects of economy, society, environment, low carbon technology, support of science and technology; and it was used to carry out a comprehensive evaluation to our country of low-carbon economy development from the 2003-2010. The results showed that our country was in ultra high carbon economy in 2003-2006, high-carbon economy in 2007 -2008, and a middle and high carbon economy in 2009 - 2010. This result was also consistent with the actual development of our country. In addition, according to the comprehensive evaluation score, the results were analyzed in detail, and the bottlenecks of the development of low carbon economy of China were discussed.
