呈贡大学城就业的失地农民工作满意度研究

近年来大学城的兴建产生了大量失地农民,其中一部分失地农民进入大学城工作,他们的就业状况值得关注.本文从社会学角度对在昆明呈贡大学城就业的失地农民的工作满意度进行了系统研究.研究表明,这些失地农民在职业收入结构和职业管理结构上经历着从传统到现代的重要转型.在这种转型背景下,他们在综合维度上表现出较差的工作待遇满意度,中等的工作安排满意度和工作管理满意度,中等偏好的工作环境满意度和人际关系满意度;同时在工作岗位、工作稳定性、晋升、保险等具体指标上表现出特有的复杂性.失地农民表现出的离职倾向、保安岗位的奖惩失衡,特别是偏低的工作待遇需引起关注.

A Study on Job Satisfaction of the Land-requisitioned Farmers Employed in Chenggong University-town

Recently, with the rise of construction of university-town, lots of land-requisitioned farmers are produced. Some of these farmers had worked in university-town and their working conditions are worth concentrating. This paper conducts a sociological systematic study on job satisfaction of the land- requisitioned farmers employed in Kunming Chengong University-town. The paper holds that these farmers are undergoing an important transformation from tradition to modern times in the structure of in- come and occupation management. Under such transforming background, in the comprehensive dimen- sion, the farmers work with a low level for working treatment satisfaction, with a medium level for both working arrangement satisfaction and working management satisfaction, with a middle-high level for working environment satisfaction and working relationship satisfaction. And they also present special complexity in the concrete satisfaction indicators, such as post, job stability, promotion and insurance. Some problems, including the farmers＇ turnover intention, the imbalance of rewards and punishments for security post, and especially the low treatment, should be paid attention to.
