| 摘 要： | 林业企业文化是林业企业在长期经营实践中培育起来,由企业员工共同遵循的价值观和行为规范总称。文章结合黎母山实际,提出发扬艰苦奋斗精神,重塑现代黎母山企业文化,创造性地发展黎母山特色森林旅游经济,实现跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The forestry-enterprise culture refers to the collections of goals, values and actions which is estab-lished and abided by all the staff of forestry enterprise. We first assessed the present conditions of forestry-enterprise culture of Limushan Natural Reserve. Then we put forward some suggestions on how to achieve a rapid developments in unique forest tourism in Limushan Natural Reserve by carrying forward a spirit of hard work, as well as by creatively reconstructing a modern forestry-enterprise culture on the basis of the developments of the international tourism island of Hainan Province. |
