摘    要:为研究黄芩水分利用效率(WUE)与生理生态因子之间的关系,在黄芩生长季节模拟降水量设4种不同供水量处理,测黄芩光合作用及环境因子日变化,计算WUE,对测得数据进行统计分析。结果表明,在黄芩生长期水分供给量250~350 mm处理黄芩生长良好,生物产量高;供水量150 mm处理黄芩水分利用效率虽然高,地下生物产量却较低;供水量450 mm处理黄芩水分利用效率和地下生物产量都较低。生理因子与WUE相关水平较低,生态因子与WUE相关水平较高,生态因子对WUE影响是通过生理因子作用来实现的。

Abstract:It was studied that the relationship between WUE of Scutellaria baicalensis and eco-physiological factors.Four treatments of water supply were adopted in this experiment during the growing season of S.baicalensis.Diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rates of S.baicalensis and environmental factors were measured and than these data were calculated and analyzed.The results show that under the water supply of 250 mm and 350 mm S.baicalensis grew better than other treatments with high biomass of root and the WUE.Higher WUE and lower biomass of root were observed under the water supply of 150 mm,and lower biomass of root and WUE were observed under the water supply of 450 mm.There was an insignificant correlation between physiological factors and WUE,but the correlation level between ecological factors and WUE was significant.The influence of ecological factors on WUE was achieved by physiological factors.
