金针菇菌渣提取液对滑菇菌丝生长和漆酶活性的影响

摘    要:为金针菇菌渣二次利用栽培滑菇提供依据,考察了金针菇菌渣提取液添加至固化培养基、液体培养对滑菇菌丝生长及漆酶活性的影响。结果显示:在测试的范围内金针菇菌渣提取液均提高了滑菇菌丝生长速度、菌丝生长量和漆酶活性,金针菇菌渣适合滑菇菌丝生长,可代替一定比例的木屑用于滑菇的栽培,提高了资源利用以及降低了食用菌栽培原料成本。

Effect of extracts of Flammulina velutipes spent substrate on the mycelial growth and laccase activity of Pholiota nameko
Abstract:In order to provide a theoretical basis for the second ultilization of Flammulina velutipes spent substrate in Pholiota nameko cultivation, the effect of extracts of the spent substrate on the mycelial growth and laccase activity of P. nameko was investigated in solidified media and liquid media. The results showed that the extracts of F. velutipes spent substrate in the tested range promoted the mycelial growth and laccase activity, and it is suitable for the growth of P. nameko, and could be used as a substitute for sawdust for cultivation of P. nameko. The use of F. velutipes spent substrate in P. nameko cultivation can improve the resource utilization and reduce mushroom production cost.
