摘 要: | 为进一步丰富重庆市马铃薯品种选择。从国家马铃薯产业体系引进7个品种,连续两年在低、中、高海拔地区开展形态特征、抗病性、产量性状、品质性状分析评价。试验数据趋势一致,不同品种之间产量具有显著差异。综合皮肉色、薯形、芽眼、产量、商品薯率、品质性状,初步确定渝马铃薯5号、中薯19可做为加工品种,中薯48号、希森6号可作为鲜食品种。

Comprehensive Quality Analysis and Evaluation of Med-late Maturing Potato Varieties in Chongqing |

Abstract: | To provide better potato varieties in Chongqing.7 potato varieties are introduced from the National Potato System. We analyzed and evaluated the external character, disease resistance, yield and quality in low, intermediate and high altitude areas for 2 years. Statistics shows that experimental data are identical and there are obvious differences between these varieties. According to potato skin colour, shape, eye, yield, percentage of commercial potato and quality. Yu potato NO.5, Zhong potato NO.19 can be used as processing varieties while Zhong potato NO.48, Xisen potato NO.6 can be used as fresh-eating varieties. |
