中国水牛(Bubalus bubalis)鼻唇镜的研究 Ⅱ、鼻唇腺的亚微结构

本文在研究中国水牛鼻唇腺微细胞结构的基础上,应用三例老龄水牛鼻唇腺的材料,通过电镜技术,观察了腺细胞和部分导管的亚微结构。鼻唇腺腺细胞呈锥体形,游离面具短小而稀疏的微绒毛,胞核位近细胞的基底部,明显有内外两层核膜,核仁1～2个,糙面内质网明显,其间夹有长形线粒体。细胞分泌区具明显的高尔基器,并有大量外包界膜的分泌颗粒。分泌颗粒可分三种类型:第一种类型是体积大小不同、电子致密度不等的分泌颗粒,根据其电子致密度的不同可再分为四种类型;第二种类型是体积大小相近、电子致密度近乎一致的分泌颗粒;第三种类型是具有致密心或致密心偏位的分泌颗粒。腺细胞间存在明显的细胞间分泌小管。闰管细胞的特征是含有少量糙面内质网,少量微绒毛,胞质内有十字交叉排列的张力微丝束,细胞侧膜分布有多重桥柱。分泌管细胞存在明暗两种类型,其主要特征是基部质膜大量内褶,与相邻细胞形成指状相嵌,褶内有大量线粒体。

THE STUDY OF THE PLANUM NASOLABILE OF BUBALUS BUBALIS Ⅱ.THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE NASOLABIAL GLAND

The aim of this investigation is to study the ultrastructure of the nasolabial gland through three old buffalos on the histological foundation. Electron microscope scanning revealed that the acinar cell is pyramidsharped, containing many little and loosely arranged microvilles.The nucleus surrounded by a double-layered structure unit membrane is located near the basal portion of the cell.Each nucleus consists of 1-2 nucleoli.The rough endoplasmic recticulum appears quite distinctly.There are some spherical mitochondria between the RER.The Golgi apparatus is present in the secretory portion of the cell.There are also numerous vesicles bound with unit membrane found in this region.The secretory granules may be divided into three categories:The first kind of the granules is different from each other in their size and electron-density,the second is quite unique,and the third has an electron-dense core in the central part or at the margin of the granules.Between the acinar cells,there are many intercellular secretory capillaries.The characteristics of the intercalated ducts are with the appearance of the rough endoplasmic recticulum,microvilles.microfilaments and desmosomes.The main specificity of the secretory ducts is the infolding of the plasma membrane at the basal portion of the cell.This infolding creates the interdigitation with the adjacent cells.Beside the interdigitation very many mitochondria are found.
