农村人力资源开发的影响因素评价

摘    要:农村人力资源开发是实现我国全面繁荣的重要途径,重点探讨了农村人力资源开发的影响因素,构建了农村人力资源影响因素评价指标体系,分为制度因素、经济因素、教育因素、人口素质因素4个二级指标及相关的16个三级指标,并应用层次分析法计算各指标的权重,以期为更好地开发农村人力资源提供参考。

Abstract:The rural human resources development is an important mean of realizing comprehensive prosperity in China.The effect factors of rural human resources were discussed in this paper,and the evaluating indicator system which influences rural human resources were constructed.The system was divided into four second-level targets such as system factors,economic factors,education factors and cultural factors,and the related 16 third-level targets.The weight of various targets were calculated by the application of AHP which aimed to provide the reference to the development of rural human resources better.
