摘    要:简述了瓜类蔬菜枯萎病菌专化型分化情况,近年来甜瓜、西瓜、黄瓜等瓜类蔬菜抗枯萎病分子标记研究进展,并对其在育种中应用进行了展望。

Abstract:The paper briefly describes differentiation of specialized form of Fusarium oxysporum, and summarizes the general techniques using in molecular marker research as well as the progress in molecular marker of resistance to Fusarium wilt in melon, watermelon and cucumber and other cucurbitaceae crops. The application prospect of molecular marker-assisted selection is viewed in cucurbit breeding.
