摘    要:湖南茶业发展曾一度滑坡,近年来在各方的共同努力下,湖南茶业发展逐步走上良性发展轨道。文章分析了新的历史发展时期,湖南茶业发展具有区位好、资源丰富、产业基础好、技术力量雄厚、茶叶产品质量稳步提高等有利条件以及茶文化开发氛围浓厚、政府政策支持力度加大等机遇;同时指出目前湖南茶叶发展存在产业化水平低、缺少优势品牌、投入不足等问题。提出了进一步推进湘茶产业化经营、加大投入、推进茶叶产业结构调整、强化茶叶产品质量安全、加强品牌与茶文化宣传等提高湖南茶业综合竞争力的建议。

Abstract:This paper analysed the advantages of suitable area,abudant resources,good industry base,solid technology power,steady improvement intea product quality,and the opportunities of strong atmosphere in tea culture,strengthen in government policy support in developing Hunan tea industry in new period.At the same time,pointed out the problems of low industrialization level,absence of superior band,lack of investment existing in the development of Hunan tea at present,and put forward the advices on improving the comprehensive competitive ability of Hunan tea industry from promoting the industrialization management,increasing investment,adjusting the structure of tea industry,strengthening quality safety of tea product and publicizing tea brand and tea culture.
