氦氖激光对正常母黄牛血液及发情的影响

摘    要:研究的结果证明,氦氖激光对母黄牛照射前后,其体温、脉搏、呼吸无明显变化。血红蛋白呈明显的一时性下降,从照射的第2~3天开始逐日下降,至第8~9天下降到最低值,然后从第10天开始逐日回升,直至停照后第六天基本恢复照前值。红细胞总数变化与血红蛋白的变化规律基本一致。白细胞总数呈升高趋势,有明显起伏。白细胞像呈嗜酸性白细胞显著升高,淋巴细胞低其他各种白细胞无明显变化。对休情期母黄牛有明显的促进发情作用,九头试验牛有八头发情(89%),其中妊娠期发情牛两头,发情牛能否排卵,有待今后进一步探讨。出现发情的时间比较集中,这对今后研究黄牛发情同步化及改良都有一定的现实意义。


THE INFLUENCE OF HE-NE LASER ON BLOOD AND OESTRUS OF NORMAL FEMALE COWS
Abstract:The results of this study showed that after Famale cows were treated withHe-Ne laser,no marked changes of body temperature,pulse and respiration wereobserved.But the amount of haemoglobin reduced evidently.It began to reduceJrom the second or third day after impinging and on.the eighth or ninth dayreached to a minimum value.It rose again from the tenth day and recoveredto original value on the sixth day after stopping to impinge.The change of redcorpuscles was similar to haemoglobin.The amount of the leucocyte increased.The amount of basophilic leukocyte increased evidently,but the amount of lymp-hocyte decreased.No marked changes of other leucocytes were observed.The He-Ne laser stimulated the estrus of cows in resting stage.Eight of 9experimental cows(89%)were observed on estrus and of these two were alreadypregnant.The reason that the He-Ne laser might stimulate estrus in cows wasconsidered that the laser might irritate the mucous membrane of the cliloris andvulva.The irritant factor acted upon the anterior lobe of hypophysis throughnerves and body fluid,and a great deal of oestrin might be transfered to theblood,so the estrus of cows was initiated.Whether the eight estrual cows couldporduce ova or not needs further study.It should be pointed out that the timeof estrus was quite concentrated.This fact was of practical value for the studyof synchronous estrus.
