摘    要:木瓜是桔小实蝇的寄主植物,采用气质联用仪测定了木瓜果实挥发性物质组成,并测定了其对桔小实蝇的触角电位反应。结果表明,鉴定出的木瓜果实挥发性物质主要有7种,物质名称和含量如下:α-法呢烯(37.93%)、里那醇(30.08%)、朱栾倍半萜(18.04%)、氢-吡喃-2,6-(3氢)-二酮(8.48%)、反-2-癸烯醛(3.42%)、朱栾倍半萜1(1.03%)、大根香叶烯(1.02%)。桔小实蝇雌雄成虫在交配前后均对反-2-癸烯醛产生较强的触角电位反应,而对α-法呢烯,朱栾倍半萜,大根香叶烯和里那醇的触角电位反应值则因成虫性别及交配前后而有所不同。

Abstract:Chaenomeles sinensis is the host plant of Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel).The volatiles from Chaenomeles sinensis fruits were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The identified compounds from the volatiles were also subjected to electroantennogram detection(EAD).The results showed that volatiles from Chaenomeles sinensis fruits mainly consisted of 7 compounds: Alpha-farnesene,Linalool,Valencene,2H-Pyran-2,6(3H)-dione 2,(E)-2-decenal,Valencene1 and Germacrene B,with relative quantities of 37.93%,30.08%,18.04%,8.48%,3.42%,1.03% and 1.02%,respectively.(E)-2-decenal elicited significantly higher EAG responses of B.dorsalis than Alpha-farnesene,Linalool,Valencene and Germacrene B.The differences among EAG responses elicited by Alpha-farnesene,Linalool,Valencene and Germacrene B varied by the sex and mating conditions of B.dorsalis adults.
