香椿不同家系苗期生长性状变异及选择

摘    要:在福建省邵武市对16个家系苗高、地径、保存率及遗传率进行了分析。结果表明:香椿家系在4月中旬进入萌动期,展叶期在5月中旬,生长高峰期在6月初—9月底,11月中旬进入休眠期;香椿SM-15、SM-2家系苗高生长最快,SM-15家系地径增长最大,SM-2家系保存率最高,其他家系在苗高、地径及保存率差异未达到显著性水平;香椿不同家系苗高、地径及保存率的遗传率分别为46.62%、32.16%和44.56%,其生长性状在家系水平上受中等遗传水平控制。根据标准化值与方差分析,初步选出5个家系(SM-15、SM-2、SM-5、SM-9、SM-10)作为优良家系。

Abstract:Toona sinensis from 16 families were introduced for mastering their growth performances including the seedling height,ground diameter and preserving rate as well as heredity rate in Shaowu City at sowing and seedling stages.The results showed that different families entered into the budding dates in the middle of April,leaf-expansion period appeared in the middle of May,the growth peak appeared from the beginning of June to the end of September,entered into dormant period in the middle of November.The difference of seedling height between Toona sinensis from SM-15 and SM-1 families was extremely significant,SM-2 family preservative rate was highest.The difference of seedling height,ground diameter and preserving rate from other families was not significant.Different Toona sinensis families seedling height,ground diameter and preservative rate genetic rate were 46.62%,32.16% and 44.56%,respectively,the growth traits were controlled by the moderate genetic level on the pedigree level.Based on the standardization value and variance analysis,five families(SM-15,SM-2,SM-5,SM-9,and SM-10) were chose as an excellent pedigree.
