环球法测定松香软化点测量不确定度评定

摘    要:以环球法测定松香软化点为评定对象,对测量结果的各种影响因素进行了不确定度分析。评定结果定量表征了检测结果的质量,说明了环球法测定松香软化点检测结果的可用性,同时说明温度计的准确度对软化点测量结果的影响最大,为实验室在相关检测过程中进一步提高检测数据的可靠性和一致性提供参考。

Abstract:This paper analysed uncertainty of influencing factors during measurment of softening point of rosin by ring and ball method.The evaluation results reflected quality of testing results and availability of ring and ball method.The accuracy degree of thermometer was proved to be the most important influence factor in the measurment.It provided reference for reliability and consistency of testing data.
