| 摘 要： | 概述了广东省国有苗圃现状,分析了广东省国有苗圃生产经营过程中急需解决的主要问题,并提出在产权人事用工收入分配制度、调整产品结构、加大投资力度、强化基础设施、提高苗圃经营水平、建立信息网络、种苗质量监管等方面的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the status of state forest nurseries in Guangdong Province,analysed the main problems to be solved immediately in production and management work of the tree seed and seedling.seven suggestions and countremeasures were raised including the establishment system of property right and personnel selection and income distribution,readjusting production structure,increasing the investment degree,strengthening infrastructure establishment,raising management level of the nursery,the information web construction and quality supervisor of tree seed and seedling. |
