摘    要:[目的]探究不同锌源、锌水平对桃源鸡血清抗氧化指标的影响。[方法]选用420只桃源鸡,采用2因素3水平完全随机试验设计,2种锌源分别为羟基蛋氨酸锌、氧化锌,添加水平分别为30、60、90mg/kg,将桃源鸡随机分为7个处理组,每个处理组设3个重复,每个重复20只鸡,分3~48、48~93日龄2个阶段饲养,每个试验期结束时进行桃源鸡血清抗氧化指标测定试验。[结果]试验前期,锌的添加及不同添加水平时桃源鸡血清SOD活性、血清MDA含量在0.05水平上差异不显著,随着锌水平的添加同一锌源内血清SOD活性呈上升趋势;试验后期,锌源添加水平为90 mg/kg时血清SOD活性在0.05水平上显著高于基础日粮组,氧化锌添加水平为90mg/kg时血清MDA含量在0.05水平上显著低于基础组,不同锌源、锌水平间血清SOD活性差异不显著,血清MDA含量呈下降趋势。[结论]锌源的添加能提高桃源鸡血清中SOD酶活性,降低血清中MDA含量,减轻自由基的损伤,从而提高机体的抗氧化能力,在高温条件下更加明显;但羟基蛋氨酸锌和氧化锌两者间对桃源鸡血清中SOD活性和MDA含量的影响变化规律还有待进一步研究。

Abstract:[Objective] 420 Taoyuan Chickens were selected to study the effect of different zinc sources and zinc levels on serum antioxidant indices.[Method] A 2×3 factorial arrangement of treatments in a completely random design was conducted.Two zinc sources(zinc hydroxymethionine and zinc oxide) were added at 30、60 、90 mg/kg.Taoyuan chickens were divided into 7 treatments with 3 duplicates,with each duplicate having 20 Taoyuan chickens randomly.The whole trail continued 90 days.The chickens were raised according two stages: Stage of 3~48 days and stage of 48~93 days.The Serum Antioxidant Indices were determined in the end of each experiment.[Result] The serum SOD activity and MDA contents had not significant in the pre-experiment(P>0.05).With the increasing of the Zn levels,the content of serum SOD activity tended to the growing in the same Zinc sources.The serum SOD activity was obviously superior to the basic feed group when the level of Zn was 90 mg/kg(P<0.05).The MDA content was obviously lower than the basic feed group in the different Zinc sources and Zinc levels(P>0.05),the MDA contents shows the deceasing trend(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Zinc sources could advance the SOD activity of serum,reduce the MDA content of serum and free radical damage.So it had the function of enhancing the antioxidation activity,especially in condition of high temperature.But the effect laws of zinc hydroxymethionine and zinc oxide on SOD activity and MDA content of serum still were studied further.
