常春藤倒插成活与植物极性

摘    要:验证常春藤倒插成活的可能性.以6月5日采集的常春藤枝条为材料,设正插和倒插2种处理,观察常春藤枝条的自然萌发状况,依据文献概述了能倒插成活的植物种类.7月13日调查发现,倒插的常春藤枝条也能长出新芽并生根,根系最长已达13 cm,最后象正插繁殖的枝条一样长成成熟的植株,说明常春藤倒插也能成活.常春藤可用倒插法进行繁殖,在扦插繁殖时,有些植物倒插繁殖优于正插繁殖.

Abstract:The purpose of the study was to verify the survival possibility of bindwood in the reverse cuttage.With the bindwood branches collected on Jun.5 as tested material,2 treatments of normal and reverse cuttage were set up to observe their natural germinations and the plant varieties could survive in the reverse cuttage were summed up according to the literature.On Jul.13,the branches in reverse cuttage could grow out new shoots and roots,the longest root in reverse cuttage was 13cm,and they could grow to be mature plant as the branches in normal cuttage,the result shows that the bindwood branches can survival in the reverse cuttage.Reverse cuttage can be used in the bindwood propagation.And in cutting propagation,reverse cuttage was superior to normal cuttage for some plants.
