江淮地区涝渍灾害分析

摘要：涝渍灾害是江淮地区农作物生育期间的主要农业气象灾害之一。江淮地区涝渍灾害发生频繁，危害作物多，受灾范围广，对生产建设和人民生活造成巨大困难和损失，严重制约着该地区农业和经济的可持续发展。本文对江淮地区涝渍灾害的特点和致灾原因进行了分析，并提出了相应的防涝防渍措施。

The Analysis on Waterlogging Disaster in the Region of Jianghuai

Abstract: The waterlogging disaster is one of the main agro-meteorological disasters during crops growth period in the region of Jianghuai. Waterlogging disaster occurred frequently, endangered many crops and affected extensive range, which causes the huge difficulty and loss to the production construction and the people lives and restricts seriously the sustainable development of agriculture and economy in this region. In this paper, the characteristics and causes of waterlogging disaster have been analysised in the region of Jianghuai, and the corresponding prevention measure of waterlogging disaster has been proposed, which have importance significance to strengthen the ability of agriculture to resist disasters, guarantee the agricultural high yield, the prevention plan of flood and the develop of regional economies and so on.
