肉鸡回肠氨基酸消化率测定方法研究进展

摘    要:在家禽饲料营养价值评定中,回肠氨基酸消化率是评价氨基酸生物利用率的敏感指标,测定饲料回肠氨基酸消化率的精确性和准确性同样重要。回肠氨基酸消化率的测定受试验日粮、试验动物、日龄、性别等的影响。阐明了表观回肠消化率、真回肠消化率和标准回肠消化率3个术语之间的关系,并对肉鸡回肠氨基酸消化率测定的注意事项以及影响其测定的因素进行了综述。

Research Advances of the Determination Method of Ileal Amino Acid Digestibility in Broilers

Abstract:It is recognized that ileal amino acid digestibility is a sensitive indicator of amino acid availability in dietary ingredient for poultry. It is important to be able to determine ileal amino acid digestibility in feedstuffs with both accuracy and precision. Ileal digestibility were affected by many factors, such as diet, animal, age, sex, and so on. Apparent ileal digestibility, true ileal digestibility, standardized ileal digestibility and their interrelation were discussed. Some important tips and affecting factors about ileal amino acid digestibility determination in broilers were reviewed in the article.
