同源四倍体玫瑰香葡萄硬枝扦插不定根发生性状研究

为了探讨同源四倍体玫瑰香葡萄的硬枝扦插生根特性,该试验以同源四倍体玫瑰香葡萄和其二倍体玫瑰香母株以及贝达、巨峰和Dog Ridge的硬枝插条为试材,采用自动控温插床扦插,定期调查了硬枝插条的不定根发生率、发生数量和长度,一级侧根数量和长度等,结果表明:玫瑰香葡萄同源加倍以后.其硬枝扦插的不定根发生时期推迟了3 d,且不定根发生率、不定根发生数量和不定根生长量显著降低.扦插第21天,同源四倍体玫瑰香的不定根发生率、不定根发生数量和不定根平均生长量分别只有22.6%、0.52条/插条和1.6 cm,显著低于同期二倍体玫瑰香母株的不定根发生率、不定根发生数量和不定根平均生长量(分别达为58.8%,3.27条/插条和14.6 cm).

Studies on the morphology of adventitious root formation in hardwood cuttings of Autotetraploid Grape Muscat Hamburg

To investigate rooting characters of the hardwood cuttings from Autotetraploid Grape Muscat Hamburg,the rate of adventitious roots,number and length of adventitious roots,and number and length of first class side roots generated from adventitious roots were studied by using hardwood cuttings of Autotetraploid Grape Muscat Hamburg,diploid Grape Muscat Hamburg,Bate,Kyoho Grape,and Dog Ridge,which were conducted in a cutting bed with automatic temperature control.The results showed that the appearance of adventitious roots in Autotetraploid Grape Muscat Hamburg was three days delay compared to that in diploid Muscat Hamburg.The rooting rate,number and length of adventitious roots were significant lower in Autotetraploid Grape Muscat Hamburg than that of others as well.At the 21st day after cutting,the rooting rate,number and length of adventitious roots were 22.6%,0.52 roots/cutting,and 1.6cm for Autotetraploid Grape Muscat Hamburg,and 58.8%,3.27 roots/cutting,and 14.6 cm for diploid Muscat Hamburg,respectively.
