矮败小麦连锁特性的遗传转移

摘    要:以中国春小麦和中国春phlb突变体为轮回父本,分别与我国特有遗传种质矮败小麦杂交并连续回交5次,实现了矮败小麦连锁特性向中国春小麦和中国春phlb突变体的遗传转移;育成了同时含有Kr、Ms2、Rht10基因的矮败中国春小麦和将基因Ms2、Rht10、kr、phlb集合于一体的矮败中国春phlb突变体。组合矮败/CS^4//黑麦、矮败/phlb^4//黑麦的杂交结实率分别为64.1%和67.8%。经

Abstract:Dwarf Male Sterile Wheat (Aibai Wheat) is a special genetic germplasm developed in China. The closely linked genes Ms2 for male sterility and Rht10 for dwarfness are located on the short arm of chromosome 4D with a crossing over value as small as 0.18.Dwarf Male Sterile Wheat was crossed and continuously backcrossed with recurrent parents Chinese Spring wheat variety (CS) and CS ph1b mutant, respectively. Finally, a Dwarf Male Sterile Chinese Spring Wheat carrying Ms2, Rht10 and kr genes and a Dwarf Male Sterile CSph1b mutant carrying Ms2, Rht10, kr and ph1b genes were obtained.Frequencies of seed set of crosses of Aibai / CS4 / / rye and Aibai / CSph1b4 / / rye were 64.1% and 67.8%, respectively. Through selection for crossability, the frequencies of seed set of the crosses of Aibai/CS5//rye and Aibai / CSph1b5//rye became 83.3% and 82.5%, respectively, approaching that of Aibai/CSph1b5//CSph1b. An average of 24.72 univalents, 1.23 rod bivalents, 0.05 ring bivalents and 0.08 trivalents, 0.12 quadrialents and 1.85 chiasmata was observed in the PMCs of F1 hybrid of Aibai / CSph1b4 / / rye.
