栽培技术对茶树春梢生长及某些生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,应用^14C和^15N示踪技术,研究了栽培技术对茶树春梢生长及某些生理特性的影响。结果表明,春茶前修剪明显推迟开采期,但有利于春梢生长及持嫩性;增施氮肥促进春梢生长和持嫩性增强;喷施赤霉素(GA)促进越冬芽早发,一芽二叶展开期提高5天左右。这些效应与栽培技术影响茶树对冬季^14C-光合产物及春肥^15N的积累和分配等生理过程有关。

Abstract:Effect of cultivation techniques on the growth of tea plants (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) spring shoots and physiological characteristics was investigated by pot experiment and 14C and 15N trace techniques. Results showed that pruning before spring tea (Spring pruning) delaied the date of picking, Both of spring pruning and spplying nitrogen promoted the growth and tenderness keeping property of spring shoots. Spraying GA to tea plants promoted the sprouting of overwintering buds, and moved spreading date of a budlet with two leaves up five days. The above effects related to the effect of cultivation techniques on some physiological processes of tea plants such as accumulating and distribution of winter 14C-photosynthate and spring fertilizer-15N.
