摘    要:试验结果表明,在水分胁迫条件下,水稻新生叶片的气孔频率增大,气孔频率最大值的出现推迟;土壤水分充足(对照)或水分胁迫3天的处理在叶片上有两个气孔频率的高峰,水分胁迫5天的处理仅有一个;随着水分胁迫的加重,保卫细胞长度变短,但叶片顶部和基部保卫细胞长度变化较小,中部的变化较大;水分胁迫后,气孔导度变小,复水后迅速上升,上升的速度因品种不同而有较大差异;在较高叶片水势下,品种盐粳2号叶片的脱落酸(AB

Abstract:The results of the experiment showed that: a. The stomatal frequency in newly emerged rice leaves increased and the appearance of the maximum value was delayed under water deficit stress (WDS); b. There were two peaks of stomatal frequency on the leaves of the control and the WDS-3 d treatment, but only one peak on the leaves of the WDS-5 d treatment; c. The length of the guard cells was shortened as WDS became more serious, and changes of their length were greater at the middle of the leaves than at the top or the basal parts; d. The stomatal conductance decreased under WDS and recovered quickly after rewatering, and the speed of recovery varied with cultivars; e. The abscisic acid (ABA) accumulation in leaves of the Japonica cultivar Yanjing 2 was higher than both the indica cultivar IR661 and the Indica-hybrid Shanyou 63 under high leaf water potential, but the sequence was reversed under low water potential; f. The critical leaf water potential for ABA quick accumulation in leaves was about -0.2 MPa. The relationship between ABA accumulation under different water status and the drought resistance of cultivars is also discussed.
