小麦蓝粒两用系的研究

摘    要:通过3年来对小麦蓝粒两用系的研究,明确了小麦蓝粒两用系的基因组成及遗传规律,了解到蓝粒两用系自交后可分离出66%的白粒不育系、30%的浅蓝粒两用系、4%的深蓝粒可育系(淘汰)。该两用系不但能像常规品种或品系一样,结实正常,而且也未发现不良影响,理论上不育系与所有普通小麦品种、品系所配杂交种均可结实,这样不育系易保持、易恢复,杂交种中不含外源成分,可避免不良基因的导入,易配制强优势组合,制种成本很低。

Abstract:Study on genome and genetic law of blue seed dual-purpose wheat has been conducted for 3 years. The results showed that, 66% white seed sterile line, 30% light blue seed dual-purpose line and 4% dark blue seed fertile line (culling) could be segregated after self-cross of the dual-purpose line. The dual-purpose line could not only seed normally as those of the conventional lines, but also no any inferior influence has been got. Theoretically all crossbred species crossed by the sterile with all ordinary wheat species could seed, and such sterile line are liable to maintain, repletion, no exogenous factor, no infusion of inferior gene, easy to get superior dominant combination, and low cost seed propagation as well.
