摘    要:采用Hoagland 和无硼Arnon 营养液,研究不同甘蓝型油菜品种在营养液培养条件下需硼量的差异.结果表明:在0.001~0.005mg/L硼浓度范围内,甘蓝型油菜不同硼效率品种在长势长相、根系活力等方面均表现出显著差异,可作为苗期油菜品种硼效率筛选和硼效率差异机理研究的硼临界浓度.油菜根系重量和长度对缺硼最敏感,可作为鉴定油菜品种硼效率的形态指标.

Abstract:Hoagland and Arnon solution culture system was employed to study the different requirement for boron by vegetable growth of different B-efficient rape cultivars. The results showed that within the range of B 0.001~0.005mg/kg, the fresh weight of both upper parts and root, as well as the root activity of the B-inefficient rape cultivars were much lower than that of B-efficient cultivars. Beyond this range, no growth differences could be detected among the cultivars. Thus boron content of 0.001~0.005mg/kg could be used for the identification of B-efficient rape cultivars. The result also showed that rapeseed root was more sensitive to boron insufficiency, so the length and fresh weight of root could be used as the main indexes for selecting B-efficient cultivars.
