| Abstract: | Currently the most popularly applied ways to determine the compensation standard for ecological building include service value of ecological construction, costs value of ecological construction, the cost of production plus an appropriate profits, and market approach and consultation approach. The specific method to determine the ecological compensation standard in practice should be selected in accordance with the properties of the compensation objects. |
