| 摘 要： | 采用分光光度法测定垂头菊中芦丁的含量.结果表明,吸光度在0.180～0.732范围内呈良好的线形关系,相关系数为0.999 8.芦丁回收率为101%,RSD为0.66%(n=6).

| Abstract: | In this article,the content of flavonoid in Flos Cremanthodii was determined by spectrophotography method.The result showed that there was a good linear relationship at the range of 0.180～0.732.The relative coefficient was 0.999 8.The recovery rate of rutin was 101%,and the RSD was 0.66%(n=6). |
