吉林省中小企业构建和谐劳动关系对策研究

摘    要:随着我国经济的发展,劳动关系已经变得日益多样化和复杂化,劳动关系。问题突出,甚至影响到整个国家经济的发展和社会的稳定,受到各界的广泛关注。本文以促进吉林省中小企业健康快速发展为目的,对吉林省中小企业劳动关系存在的问题进行了深入的分析,探索了吉林省中小企业中劳动关系存在的问题及其深刻的经济、社会根源,并提出了构建吉林省中小企业和谐劳动关系的对策。

Abstract:With the development of our national economy, labor relationship has become increasingly diversified and complicated, and the problems of labor relationship is prominent, even affect the whole national economic devel- opment and social stability, and hence affected by the attention from all walks of life. In the paper, in order to pro- mote the healthy and rapid development of small and medium- sized enterprises of Jilin province for the purpose of small and medium - sized enterprises in Jilin province labor relationship problems of the in - depth analysis, explore the small and medium- sized enterprises in Jilin province labor relations the existence question and its the profound economic and social causes, and put forward the construction of small and medium - sized enterprises of Jilin province harmonious labor relations cotmtermeasures.
