植物源抗病促生剂对西瓜苗的诱导作用

摘    要:为探讨植物源抗病促生剂诱导后西瓜苗的生长和抗枯萎病情况,采用盆栽试验研究了0、2、5、10、15、20 g/L植物源抗病促生剂对枯萎病病情指数、西瓜苗生物量、抗病生理指标的影响。结果表明:植物源抗病促生剂诱导浓度在2~20 g/L时,西瓜枯萎病的相对防效为5.54%~22.21%;与喷清水处理相比,西瓜苗鲜重提高31.76%~56.76%,株高增幅0.76%~19.74%;西瓜苗中丙二醛(MDA)含量和氧自由基(O2.-)产生速率降低,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性升高,差异均达显著水平。综合分析,当施用浓度为10~15 g/L时,植物源抗病促生剂对西瓜苗的抗病促生效果较好。

Abstract:In order to ascertain the growth and Fusarium wilt resistance of watermelon seedlings treated with botanical agent for disease resistance and growth promotion(BADRGP),the pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of 0,2,5,10,15,20 g/L BADRGP on wilt disease index,biomass and physiological index of watermelon seedlings.The results showed that relative control effect of watermelon wilt disease reached 5.54%~22.21% after treated with 2~20 g/L BADRGP.Compared with control,fresh weight of watermelon seedlings increased by 31.76%~56.76%,plant height increased by 0.76%~19.74%,MDA content and O-·2 generation rate decreased,and PAL,SOD,POD and CAT activities increased.Taken together,the effects of BADRGP on seedling growth and Fusarium wilt resistance were better at concentrations of 10~15 g/L.
