| 摘 要： | 在建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下，庆元县资源林政管理存在着源头管理上的松散性、管理制度上的不严肃、局部地方存在着违法犯罪分子的猖獗、森林资源管理上的复杂性，为此，提出了加强队伍自身建设、加强源头管理、实行综合治理、开展专项斗争以及加强火源管理的措施，以加强资源林政管理。
