| 摘 要： | 阐述了自然灾害风险的基本概念,分析了孕灾环境、致灾因子、承灾体和灾情4个气象灾害风险因素。提出了气象灾害风险评估和区划的基本思路,并探讨了3种常用风险评价方法的原理和优缺点。 |

| Abstract: | This article states the concept of natural disasters risk,analyses the factors of meteorological disasters risk including disaster-forming environment,disaster-causing factors,disaster-bearing objects and disaster situation,projects the clue of risk evaluation and attributions,and recommends the theory,virtues and defects of three common risk evaluation methods. |
