摘    要:对长期低浓度SO2影响下油桐叶绿素的性状进行了测定。结果表明长期低浓度SO2熏气引起叶绿素b在648m处吸收峰消失。引起叶绿素a最大荧光峰从677.7nm移到672.1nm;引起叶绿素b的荧光峰从667.2nm移到669.7nm;类胡萝卜素在671.2nm处荧光峰增强,而在731.5nm处的荧光峰几乎消失。熏气处理抑制了叶绿素和类胡萝卜的形成;但类胡萝卜与总叶绿素比值升高。

Abstract:The pigment character of Vernicia. Fordii in long-term low concentration SO_2 environment was tested. SO_2 fumigation vanished the absorbance peak of chlorophyll b at 648 nm, and shifted the maximal absorbance peak of chlorophyll a from 677.7 to 672.1 nm and the maximal fluorescence peak of chlorophyll b from 667.2 nm to 669.7 nm. The fluorescence peak of carotid at 671.2 nm was enhanced, but the fluorescence peak of carotid at 731.5 nm almost vanished. SO_2 fumigation decreased the content of chlorophyll and carotid, but the ratio of carotid/total chlorophyll increased.
