酸雨对植物根系生长的胁迫效应

摘    要:采用营养液培养法研究了酸雨对大豆根系生长的影响。实验结果表明 ,在不同pH酸雨处理中 ,以pH3.0酸雨抑制大豆幼苗根系生长的作用明显 ,pH2.0酸雨胁迫3d引起根系死亡。生理分析显示 ,这同酸雨胁迫下大豆根系活力减弱 ,CAT活性下降 ,MDA含量上升 ,质膜透性增加等作用相关。

Abstract:A solution culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of acid rain on root system. The results demonstrated that the root growth of soybean was inhabited by acid rain at pH 3.0 and death was occurred at pH2.0 in three days. It may be suggested that the effect be related to the weakness of root vigor, reduction of catalase activity, increase of malondialdehyde content, and enhancement of cell membrane permeability.
